Hello, I’m Michelle. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a person-oriented, humanistic approach to support clients as they navigate life and relationships with self and others. I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused strategies, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed approaches to best meet the needs and support the goals of my clients. I have had the opportunity to work with LGBTQ+ individuals as well as those living with disabilities.
