I work with adults who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and the everyday challenges of life. As a bilingual therapist fluent in Hmong and English, I bring lived experience of moving between multiple identities, an experience that deeply shapes my work and my commitment to helping others explore who they are and who they want to become. I acknowledge the diverse backgrounds and identities each client brings into the room. My approach is grounded in person-centered, trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.
