Sometimes life feels like you’re headed the wrong way down a one-way street. You look around for the grown-up who’s supposed to know what to do — and then realize you are the grown-up, and everyone is looking at you. If that feels familiar, you may be in the right place. I’m a neurodivergent therapist with over five years of experience providing therapy, and I work best with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to keep up with expectations that were never designed for them. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are neurodivergent, chronically ill or disabled, as well as their parents and caregivers.
