Welcome! Thank you for taking the first step in your healing journey. If you are someone that would like to decrease symptoms related to PTSD, trauma, anxiety, addiction, disordered eating, or family/work related issues, I would enjoy working with you. I provide individual and couples therapy. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy by empowering my client's to reach their stated goals. Additionally, if you or a family member are part of the aviation/military/first responder industry, I am trained to work with this unique population.
