We all face times in life that call for support and a safe environment to slow down and gain perspective about the challenges we face. I believe there is hope and consider it a privilege to walk with clients through the challenges they are facing. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relational issues, and trauma. My approach is direct, warm, and compassionate. I work together with my clients to determine goals and find strategies to help them heal and thrive.
