I work with couples and families specializing in serving Asian/BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and neurodivergent communities. Meaningful relationships are integral to a fulfilling life, yet often our models for healthy relationships are limited. I support partners in finding new ways of moving through conflict, leading to deeper understanding and intimacy. We will identify and bring curiosity to underlying patterns and communication styles. Change isn't easy—it takes practice and patience. We will try on a new way of being with each other, honoring and holding space for all of our complexities.
