Hello, my name is Michelle Woody, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to improve their lives. My work is centered on helping clients who may appear successful on the outside but are silently struggling with grief, loss, low motivation, and emotional challenges that disrupt their daily routines and inner peace. With over twelve years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping adults who feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted but aren’t sure how to create meaningful change.
