Hi, my name is Michelle Young, a licensed clinical social worker. For the last 30 years of working as a clinical therapist, I have had the privilege of journeying with countless individuals and their families in their time of need. When I work with my clients, I strive to provide a safe environment where we can build a trusting and authentic working relationship, moving toward their desired goals in therapy. Most of the time, I help my clients applying the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy, who experience anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and ADHD symptoms.
