I’ve been serving others as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist & Coach for over 15 years, with experience in both the mental health field & clinical supervision. Life is full of challenges many outside of our control but I’m honored to walk alongside you as you navigate them, so you can move toward the goals that matter most to you. I specialize in supporting others through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, & the overwhelming stressors of daily life, while integrating traditional therapy with somatic and holistic practices, including mindfulness & Brainspotting, to support deep, nervous system-rooted transformation.
