Hello and welcome to the Center of Resiliency! I’m Michena “Mickey” Henderson, and I’m genuinely honored to support you on your path toward greater wellness. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can openly explore the stressors affecting your life. I value collaboration and work closely with clients so they feel supported and empowered in their growth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on people of color and LGBTQ+ individuals. My specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, IPV, anger, self-esteem, disabilities, chronic illness, bariatric care, and grief.
