We all have strengths and gifts we have yet to discover. Often, it takes challenging times in our life for us to find these hidden aspects of ourselves. Such challenges include (but are not limited to) feelings of deep sadness, anxiety, anger, frustration, exhaustion, unexpected loss, a sense of being stuck in life, struggles with substance use, or dissatisfaction with the quality of our relationships. MMHS offers telehealth counseling services to all of Michigan but has an office located in southwest Michigan for in-person treatment. We have trained professionals who offer treatment for a variety of issues.
