I work with clients (individuals and couples) seeking therapeutic support regarding relationship goals, and have specific training in intimacy challenges and how previous experiences affect our current relationships. I bring a sensitive therapeutic approach and utilize various methods to provide my clients with strategies and tools for understanding themselves. I create a safe and supportive space for non-judgmental and reflective growth. I feel that successful therapy involves identifying and bridging gaps between where we are and where we want to be.
