Welcome to my page and congratulations on starting your therapy journey! My name is Micia Harris, I am a licensed therapist that serves individuals in both NJ and PA. I am fully virtual and only offer on-line sessions. The platform that I use is HIPPA compliant and secure. My main treatment modality is Person Centered Therapy. However, I also integrate elements from mindfulness practices, intuitive counseling, relational therapy, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
