Hi, I'm Mickey! I am a licensed clinical social worker with specialized training working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, ADHD, emotional/behavioral issues, and parenting challenges. I utilize aspects of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and ACT to support clients build skills and develop strategies to better manage their challenges. I also incorporate behavioral and attachment-based techniques to improve parent-child relationships and empower a sense of self-efficacy regarding parenting stressors.
