Successful therapy comes from a strong connection between clinician and client. Emotions are confusing and life is complicated. Starting therapy can be daunting and looking inward is often scary and painful. I work as a sounding board to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves, their personal history and what they want their future to look like. I offer a place for my clients to explore their range of emotions and thoughts freely, deeply, often with humor and always without judgement. My goal is to enable clients to embrace alternative perspectives and regain balance in their lives.
