You may be wondering how to feel more grounded, how to cope with the expectations of others, or how to find clarity in moments of uncertainty. Together, we’ll create space for self-acceptance and growth. I support college students, professionals, and individuals from diverse backgrounds who are working through anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and grief. I also work with couples who are navigating infidelity, intimacy issues, open relationships, polyamory, or life transitions.
