Life can leave marks on us. Sometimes those marks begin in childhood. Sometimes during adolescence while trying to figure out who we are. And sometimes they come from traumatic experiences or the weight of adulthood. No matter where your story begins, I believe healing is possible. With safety, compassion, and the right support, people can grow in ways they may not have thought were possible. I specialize in trauma and personality disorders, with focus in Borderline Personality Disorder. Many of the clients I work with carry deep emotional pain, intense feelings, relationship struggles, or patterns that feel hard to break. Together, we gently explore where those patterns began, build tools for emotional regulation, and work toward creating a steadier sense of self and more fulfilling relationships. My approach is trauma informed and grounded in understanding how experiences shape both the mind and nervous system. In addition to my clinical training, I am certified in Reiki.
