Ladies, you have spent 1,000 hours sitting on bleachers watching kids' sports, you've cooked a million dinners, and you've logged enough miles in a minivan or big SUV to get to Timbuktu and back. You've been a lot of things to a lot of people, but things are slowing down for you and you have reached the "Now What?" part of life that most of us reach in our late 40's, 50's, and 60's. Honestly, it can be a little unsettling to start thinking about what the next stage of your life will look like. You figure you will finally rest, but you find that rest comes with a desire for something more. This is where I come in. Over the past 20+ years, I've partnered with 100's of women as they explore and build a newly-aligned way of living in the next phase of their lives. As a mother of 6 in a beautifully blended family and the owner of a therapy group practice of 12, created AFTER age 50, I know that Midlife Women are just getting started. This is not our mother's midlife!
