Hi! My name is Migdalia. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I provide therapy for individuals, families, and people in romantic relationships. I view the role of therapist not as someone who gives advice or tells you what to do, but as someone who helps guide you in getting more connected to yourself, feeling more confident in your decisions, and making sense of how your relationships, patterns, and past experiences shape what you’re dealing with today.
