Hello all, my name is Miguel Gomez. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family (LMFT) Therapist. My approach is Client-Centered. You are the subject matter expert of “you,” let me be your Google Maps. Client-centered therapy is by far my favorite approach to helping you meet your needs; however, I’m also informed on Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as sprinkle a little of Solution-Focused therapy in between. What can I say, I’m eclectic. I create a safe and relaxing environment. Think of my services as an open-door policy with no judgment or scrutiny.
