My name is Mija Lee, a Counselor passionate about guiding individuals through the complexities of neurodivergence and emotional distress. With many years of experience in nonprofit clinics, schools, and private practice, I have learned that healing begins with feeling deeply seen and heard. I strive to offer a compassionate, grounded space where clients can reconnect with their inner strength, cultivate self-understanding, and move forward with clarity and confidence. It is my honor to support each person’s unique journey toward growth and wholeness. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, integrating evidence-based methods to support the best possible outcomes. My experience spans outpatient mental health clinics, schools, and private practice. I specialize in treating Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, ADHD (ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider), and Autism (Advanced Certified Autism Specialist).
