I specialize in helping teens and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, work stress, cross-cultural issues, couples, family, and other interpersonal issues. My work emphasizes helping clients understand and overcome their internal blockages, and gain empowerment to make intentional and impactful choices in life.
