The folks I get to work with tend to feel stuck; maybe they've been in therapy forever and haven't found the connection or growth they've needed. Or they have never tried therapy, and the idea of going on Psychology Today is the bravest thing you've ever done. I get to work with folks who have experienced an array of trauma including (but not limited to lol) sexual trauma, eating disorders, self-harming, and community or familial violence.
