I've had the privilege of working with high-acuity clients through a trauma-informed lens—helping them shape and move toward their treatment goals one step (and sometimes one deep breath) at a time. These days, I spend my time supporting adults in substance use recovery, leading group therapy sessions where we dive into the art of relapse prevention with a side of psychoeducation. I also have a big soft spot for working with adolescents—it’s such a joy to walk alongside them as they navigate the wonderfully weird road to adulthood. Helping them build skills for a healthy, fulfilling life never gets old!
