I want to provide you with a safe space to process challenging events and experiences and also give you some helpful skills and techniques to use throughout your journey. We do this by discussing events that motivate you to seek therapy, developing a personalized treatment plan that promotes mental stability and wellness, and providing you with continuous support as you work to meet your goals. As a black female therapist, I have a special perspective on working with People of Color, while also having extensive experience working with individuals from all races, ethnicities, genders, sexualities, religions, and age groups 14+.
