My goal is to foster resilience to help you reach your goals, and to uncover strengths, explore challenges, and create meaningful change. I have experience supporting clients with many different needs such as anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, OCD, sports psychology, life transitions, self-harm, relationship issues, and trauma. I approach every session with empathy and unconditional compassion to create a safe and supportive space.
