I believe that trauma can shape every area of life and that healing requires a holistic, strengths-based approach. I integrate person-centered and narrative-focused counseling to provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients can laugh, cry, and grow with me. Searching for who we are is a difficult voyage, but together we can get through the storms. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and teens, and enjoy working with adults of all ages. I'm especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, struggling teens, and creating a space that honors each client’s unique journey of growth and progress. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado State University, and am serving as an intern at Bonding and Behavior in Greeley. I've worked with clients from ages 4-29 so far, and receive consistent supervision to support my client's in the best manner possible.
