I do individual therapy with clients (17+). Are you a chronic people-pleaser? Feel like everyone else has a manual on life that you somehow missed? Maybe you can’t stop overthinking. Whether you want to understand yourself better, prioritize your needs more, or just need a safe space to vent, I am here to help you in a way that feels right for you! I bring lived experience as a bisexual AuDHD therapist. Outside of sessions, you’ll usually find me reading, bouldering, or going on walks outside. I often work with clients navigating autism, ADHD, polyamory/enm, people-pleasing patterns, trauma, and/or grief.
