Hello! I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety and developmental disorders, including OCD, ADHD and Panic Disorder. I have experience using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention. Many of the clients I work with want to understand their anxiety and learn how to manage it in ways that feel both practical and compassionate. Together, we focus on finding calm, building confidence, and developing self-compassion—so they can feel more grounded and capable of handling distressing thoughts, feelings, or sensations.
