I provide telehealth psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families across Florida and Wisconsin. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in ADHD across the lifespan, including adult ADHD, neurodiverse relationships, and parenting dynamics when ADHD is present in one or more family members. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My clinical work focuses on understanding patterns within relationships, including how ADHD affects communication, emotional regulation, roles, and relational dynamics. I take a systemic approach that considers both individual experience and the broader relational context in which difficulties develop.
