My hope is that I can help illuminate the assurance that you are capable of great things - and that you are well on your way to becoming the change you seek! I have experience working with ages 8 through 60. I incorporate a mixture of CBT, Expressive, and Psychodynamic approaches. I believe in the importance of having your story told. Increasing mindfulness, building emotional awareness, and reflecting on your strengths are some of the skills you can take away in our sessions.
