Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist and provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients with anxiety (e.g., generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and/or depression. During treatment, clients learn what makes these difficulties continue to occur, learn new ways to respond to them, and feel more empowered and confident to navigate emotions moving forward.
