Whether it’s brief, solutions-based counseling, or longer ongoing deeper therapy, our sessions are about you and your needs. Along with our sessions together, I love to offer clients educational ideas to empower them to learn, heal, and grow at their comfortable pace. My relaxed demeanor and experience working as a former lead group educator in an acute dual-diagnosis psychiatric hospital has allowed me to work with diverse populations and their important goals with great care.
