I work with clients throughout the course of the life span. I have skills for working with both youth and adults. I have been working in the helping professions since 2003. And a licensed provider from 2011. I personalized the treatment to each client and each need. I offer both long term and short term treatment options: EMDR, ACT, DBT, TF-CBT, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Solution Focused Interviewing. My primary clinical focus includes: Anxiety, Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Phobias, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I also work on stressors connected to adjustment to change.
