I truly enjoy helping people live better lives and find more of what they want in life. With over 30 years of professional experience, I have worked with people from many ages, cultures, races, belief systems, lifestyles, and experiences and have been able to build an effective relationship with all of them. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, communication issues, relationship issues, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and many more issues. I have learned that there are times in life when we just need an outside perspective to help us fix what is not working.
