I know this process can be difficult, but I am so happy you are here! I am a therapist that believes the relationship between counselor and client is vital to the therapeutic process. I pride myself on creating bonds with each client that I see. I have extensive training in therapeutic interventions such as CBT, Trauma Processing, IFS, DBT, and more. My goal is to weave these interventions seamlessly into our sessions so that things don't feel too technical. My goal is to provide a comfortable, safe, and judgment-free space that you feel confident returning to each week.
