I am currently accepting new clients for therapy, parent coaching, ADHD coaching, and EMDR therapy. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out for a free consultation. I see folks for therapy in-person and virtually in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Colorado as well as for ADHD coaching/therapy virtually and in-person in those same states through the Center for ADHD. I am also a Good Inside trained parent coach and work with parents throughout the country. My primary goal is to make anyone I work with feel safe as they explore vulnerable parts of themselves or as they unpack the complexity of past experience. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship, one root in trust and a lack of judgment, allows for lasting and empowering change.
