I am a licensed clinical therapist (masters degree in social work) specializing in helping people deal with unresolved trauma, childhood issues, current events that might be causing anxiety, relationship problems, and helping people to realize their fullest potential. Now offering divorce for men workshop as well. I have over 10 years experience working with people who suffer from mental health issues/concerns, substance abuse, trauma, attachment issues, and I with work well with people who have an idea about what their goals for therapy are or with those who are open to figuring out what their goals might be. I offer an objective, confidential and informed perspective on trauma, coping styles and skills, communication, lifestyle, and symptom resolution and symptom management. We can discuss using effective therapies (EMDR, DBT, and more) designed to cut through old patterns that no longer serve you so you can engage life with a newer, healthier outlook.
