I work with individuals, couples, and relationships of all kinds (straight and LGBTQ+). I consider societal and cultural influences while helping clients to explore their relationships, friendships, intimacy issues, identity, values, struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I take a sex positive approach and am attuned to the needs of poly, non-monogamous, open, and kinky clients. I believe healing can come from self-awareness and active living or “being” in the world. It can come from understanding the intersections between self, others, and society/culture, and through an appreciation of emotion to guide us to our needs, identity, and to each other.
