I enjoy working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. I am eager to support people who sense that change is needed in their lives but feel unsure how to begin. I help clients explore their lives with curiosity and clarity, build insight into their challenges, and identify intentional next steps toward growth. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, psychosis, OCD, and addiction. I believe meaningful change happens through insight and action.
