Welcome. I know that deciding to seek professional help and finding the right therapist can be difficult. Having a good match between the therapist and the client is important in achieving the changes you want. To that end, here is some information regarding my work: I have had the privilege of working with teens, adults, and couples and have had success treating a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship difficulties, grief and adjustment to life's changes.
