I am here to support you while contemplating growing your family, during your pregnancy and the years to follow as you embark on your parenting journey. We come to the table with our own history of experiences, especially how we were parented. This is the time many of us reflect on what we had and the type of parent we want to be. Early parenthood may brings its own challenges: struggling to bond with your baby, toddler tantrums and preschool separation anxiety.
