Hi, I'm Mila Green. I am a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist who has been in the mental health field for 30 years. I have a Doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology and a Masters from Pepperdine University. I help adults struggling with life changes and upheavals, such as career stress or burnout and/or relationships disruption. I have much experience working with people with anxiety, depression, mood instability, suicidality, and psychotic symptoms. I am in support of the use of psychotropic medications, when appropriate and prescribed by a Doctor, but am fully aware not everyone with mental health distress needs them. After brief introductions and clarity on the expected process of therapy with me, we will together explore the challenges you face and your emotional distress.
