I'm Milagro Arevalo. I've been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2013. Therapy is your safe space. It's a place to express yourself without judgment. I focus on wellness and strengths and take a person-centered approach in treatment to help you along your wellness journey. I'm here to work with and support couples and individuals. My current focus is working with couples and adult individuals on various topics such as mild to moderate depression, ADHD, stress/anxiety, marriage/separation/divorce, and relationships with friends/family members.
