My name is Mildred White but my friends call me Midge, How can I help you if you are not my friend? I am an LMHC and I am Licensed in Florida. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational emotive counseling with short-term solution-focused counseling. I focus mostly on relationships, anxieties, depression, and addictions. My counseling style is warm, gentle, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I do not believe in stigmatizing labels.
