My ideal client is someone that does not know where to start in their process of change, but is wanting to focus on their journey. I want to help clients who may be lost, confused or whom need support while they travel through their personal experiences, whatever that might be. I can help by listening, assisting and motivating a client to recognize their abilities to overcome and conquer their life. I specialize in strength based talk therapy while incorporating a holistic viewpoint.
