Welcome! My practice is guided by the belief in our innate ability for change and growth. Therapy provides the unique experience of being listened to and understood by another. It is an evolving process that opens up new opportunities in how you relate to yourself and others. When assessing your situation, I always take into account the complexity of your circumstances and history. Together, we will create a safe environment in which you can find new ways to make sense of difficult situations and become empowered to choose how you live your life and to move forward with confidence. I work with clients on a range of emotional issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem struggles, relationship difficulties, parenting, adoption and issues of cultural adaptation.My clients come from many different cultural backgrounds, walks of life and sexual orientations. I work particularly well with people in the creative community.
