Hello, I'm so glad you are here. Are you feeling stuck? Feeling like you can't control your thoughts? Tired of feeling tired? For the past 13 years I have been helping people understand themselves better and feel more at peace with who they are. Breaking unhelpful patterns, learning ways to create your own wellness, and regulating your nervous system are at the core of my practice. We will dig deep through breath work, inner child meditations, and somatic exercises to release old wounds and help you live in the present. Awareness is Wellness. I specialize in working with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms. I also have experience navigating clients through difficult life transitions, specially motherhood. With my holistic approach we will work on creating awareness and accepting yourself without judgement so you can live authentically.
