As a proudly queer, neurodivergent mental health practitioner, I've had the privilege of working with individuals navigating late-diagnosis ADHD, autism, and trauma. I have learned from my years of experience how to tailor our work together to best meet your unique needs and goals. Outside of my professional life, I value authenticity and continuous learning. These passions guide my practice and help me connect with clients whereever they are at.
