I offer in person therapy for children, adolescents, and couples. On the other hand, telehealth psychotherapy is offered to adults in Idaho. Helping you find the best version of yourself, addressing past traumas/patterns that keep you from feeling true happiness and peace. The idea of attending therapy can be scary and intimidating. I work to ease those fears to help you with your own goals of self-improvement. I work with school age children from 6 to 13, adults, and couples. I use play therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, prolonged exposure, IFS. I am trained in EMDR, and Gottman Method Level I and II. I help you deal with grief issues, traumas, relationship issues, and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, suicidality, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
